Indo, one of my favorite Lawrence restaurants, closed for good (sometime recently, I don’t know exactly when). It had been having strange hours (5 p.m.-10 p.m.) since January or February.

I loved the fresh dishes, although they had been steadily declining in quality and availability, and the games they had upstairs. I can’t imagine if it had competition; Encore came close, but Indo was pretty unique.

I’m sorry to see it go. Maybe something better will come. Or not.

   Sad, indeed. Also one of my Lawrence favs. :(

   Yeah… the owner, Mike, called me a month or so ago to tell me he was going to close it down. Sad to see it go :-( When he opened, he was one of the only places to find good bubble tea. Now there are at least two others… he was feeling the crunch.
