    Man, that’s the one thing about Queen Anne (really, the only thing…) This used be my view… flickr.com/photos/jimray/372452/ I traded a neighborhood full of SUV strollers for the fratboys and hippies of Fremont.

    Jim, Fremont was definitely high on my list of neighborhoods, as well (especially wt the Blue Flavor office being there). Our second choice was in Fremont. The thing that pushed us to this place was that it was two bedrooms plus a study, whereas the Fremont place was just two bedrooms. Queen Anne seems good to me, though. A bit quieter than some of the riht-downtown options, but still within walking distance of Beltown and a very short drive to Fremont/Ballard/Wallingford.
