I hate 1and1 support. It’s as if they hired monkeys to push buttons.
DNS updates sit inside 1and1 servers for hours, sometimes days, before being sent to any DNS servers. HELLO! DNS is kinda important! Can’t visit www.flickr.com or any other named space without it!!!
Hey Jeff we found Your BLOG, well even it is already an older Blog, we got to say… very sad is that even until the end of 2008 nothing has changed… We had ourself over 270hrs. of downtime but their Headquarter denied even a single minute… we never even got a simple “Sorry letter”, nothing at all.. oh, not true… they mailed us many “Satisfied with our Service” E-Mails, asking to answer a Questionnaires, even we did… never anything happend !
But Good NEWS, we found a very good Web Hosting Company: LunarPages.Com ! Thanks for the Blog ! We will link to it !
