Pacific. This is actually just off the coast of Cabo San Lucas, which is the southern most point of the Baja peninsula. So, one side of Cabo is facing the Pacific Ocean and the other is facing the Sea of Cortez. So, this is technically in the Pacific Ocean — but only by a mile or so. It’s basically where the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortex meet.
