Beautiful modern floating home (which the article keeps erroneously calling a “houseboat”) on Seattle’s Lake Union. I especially love the kitchen, with the views of Gas Works Park and zebrawood. The master bedroom terrance is pretty badass, too.

I could have sworn I saw that same place for rent on Craigslist last night. The rent was listed as 5 grand a month. Ouch.
Also funny that the guy is from Sun Valley, where my old man lives. Wonder if he knows him…
