It looks like every other Michael Bay “jerky-cam” action fests, except it’s produced by J.J. Abrams.
I don’t see anything at all in this trailer that makes it stand apart from the sort of blow-em-up over-produced, under-written blockbusters (complete with MTV style editing) that are shoved down our throats, and I don’t get the hard-on that everyone seems to have for it.
The only thing I can think is that this (much like Snakes on a Plane) is another example of clever marketing gone wild.
